When we come out for your free consultation, Kelly or I will bring the pet sitter that will be taking care of your pet(s). Missing a visit is NOT an option so you have peace of mind knowing your pet sitter has back up by another trained pet sitter. We will never send a pet sitter to your house sight unseen; either Kelly or I will always take the back up sitter to meet your pet(s) and review the consultation. This is how we can quarantee each pet sitter is aware of your specific requests and needs, as well as ensuring they will be a good fit with your pet(s).

"Pets really are my passion!" How wonderful it is to work at what you love. That is why I started "Animal Amour". My background includes working for veterinary hospitals and I realized that some pets just don't respond well to boarding. I wanted to be a solution to help our companions and ease their stress. Pet parents really do see a difference; for example their cats do well staying in the same environment because they notice every detail of their home and check it closely. Dogs love their territory too and feel safe at home and keeping a routine.

Recent Earthquake update: We are prepared for emergency situations. We have a plan in place and go thru each pet that we are pet sitting or dog walking. For earthquakes we find out the epicenter then take action on our plan depending on where that is. Other emergency’s are handled in a similar way. All the girls are CPR trained. Also, we have a “ham radio” in our office (my husbands hobby) that gets thru to other radios all over the world so we can quickly get information and talk to first aid centers, etc.
